Apparently so Bernie. Although now it looks like Barry Chambers
has persuaded them to turn it on over the UK. The short on-time
may just reflect the short time it is favorably pointed or the
battery power limits. After they perform their primary mission
maybe they would be willing to turn it on for the USA too. It may
stay usable for a long time...a year or more??
They are currently discussing it over on the UK reflector.
