I just checked the link and it seems to be working:

i saved a copy too. i usually do, just in case, unless they are multi-megabyte large-ish files
 
Also there's another link just below in the list that goes to http://rsi.aip.org/
but the article must have been taken down or you just have to search for it with their search
box - it was probably in an earlier issue and this link redirects to the December issue. I'll check 
in a bit to see if there's a permanent link to it or see if it's still there.
