Following on from Steve's recent interest in using LEDs as detectors, I was going to refer him to the original link, LED used as APD on your list, only to discover it does no longer work (for me at least). Luckily I saved a copy when it first appeared. I have attached a copy if there is some way you can make it available for those whose interest is going in this direction.
