Yes, Tim's site. Click on projects at the top of the home page, then detectors which is the top left image on the page you go to. Then scroll right to the bottom. It is actually my LED transceiver circuit, but you can dump all the TX stuff and use your photo diode instead of the LED. But I found since that simpler circuit on UKNanowaves I referred to works equally well and uses less components, I have tried it.
