Anyone on list that have experience in applying lasers to Astronomical Telescopes, or 

tracking systems, adaptive optics?     A new company in Australia has announced a new technology app, which uses telescope mounted lasers to identify and track space debris, and has very high sensitivity, for very small space objects.
