[Laser] Video Camera/Nightscope, etc. sensitive to IR light?

I only ever saw one NON IR senstive scope made in the early 1960's and I 
suspect it just had some filter glass in it.

Most el-cheapo junker $1 CCD cameras, toy keychain cameras and gumball 
machine prize cameras are IR sensitive, you'd be hard-pressed finding 
something that ISN'T.

Point your TV remote at the imager (camera) in question and press a button 
and see what it sees.
