Did anyone see them, does anyone know them, does anyone know where they
went?

Each question gets you further from a usable answer and adds a thousand-fold
of variables.

I have studied and implemented counter-measures in differing scenarios for
some twenty years as a semi-serious hobby, potential full-time profession.
If one didn't know before hand, see it coming, know who set up what and
when, see them do it and detain them in the process, you're SOL.  The same
applies to the fellow who just held up a snack stand on a whim.  I've seen
the before, during, after and those who feel they are in a position to make
a difference after the fact, State, Federal and Private Sector.  I've also
witnessed the 100% failure rates and minor percentage obtaining of details
by accident with partial successes that made no difference relative to the
next semi-thought out incident.

I feel a major pissing contest coming on and will leave it at this.
