Jim, 
You are  right. 
I forgot the  300 Hz is also a 60 Hz harmonic. 
It will be a  real problem to detect the light from the 50 Hz network from 
Europe  in USA because  the 300 Hz is the real stronger optical signal from the 
city  lights. 
With a  very small bandwidth may be it could be possible to get a double line 
on 300 Hz  because the small frequencies offset? 
The 120 Hz  and 360 Hz are not in the 50 Hz harmonics.  
If the signal  does not disappears out the moon disc it is the proof it does 
not come from  the moon. 
To go under  0,17 Hz, set your PC speed parameter to "very slow". 
The 250 Hz  line seems not very obvious on my PC.
