[Laser] Looking for Advantest TQ8345 Optical Spectrum analyzer manual

I was fortunate enough to have just  acquired an Advantest TQ8345 Optical Spectrum analyzer which appears to be functional.  It covers 400-1600 nm with a resolution of something like .05 nm.  This should be perfect for determining  the actual operating spectrum of optical sources and  filters.  I have no manuals for this unit so would appreciate any leads on where I might purchase/borrow them.
