Gus,
I don't know about Laser kits or finished product for your application.
However there are a number of RF 802.11g/b 2.4 GHz links that will do
ethernet links of your range. Not sure of price, but probably cheaper than
Laser links. An example is shown at link below.

The company that provides my internet access uses a similar system. I get an
average of 8Megs speed over a 35 mile distance at $39.95 a month.
