Andy, I've seen that before.............

But, you aren't ever going to detect it without a BIG telescope.......

Each emitter is radiating a signal 45 degrees wide! I bet you need at 
least a 1 meter active area to detect it.

Also, the frequencies are 1 Hz, 1/f noise is going to be a serious 
problem down there!

There is one satellite up there that emits in a 2 degree field, and 
it is just barely detectable although I don't know which one or 
whether it's still active.
