[Laser] discrete vs op amp sensitivity

Define large :-)  This is one of the cheap digikey models, so probably 
around 0.25cm^2 by the looks of it.  It guess that's big ig if you think 
of fiber and CD players.  If you remember I was interested in LF 
modulation techniques in a very narrow bandwidth. 

Now that I have a car I might just have to set up an IR cloud beacon and 
see what I can do.
