[Laser] WOLF-GUI program

After very long tests with all the available free FFTDSP programs,   the 
WOLF-GUI KK7KA and DL4YHF program seems really the best for ultra low level  laser 
link communications especially in none line of sight.
The new batch  V0,62 compiled in Jan 18 2006 is fitted with a quarter speed 
mode that allows a  so low detection limit that we are not able to measure it 
in local tests between  two PC because the cables cross talking.
We are just certain, after a 20  minutes batch, a message decoding could 
occurs at less than -48 dB under a 300  Hz bandwidth !
The single critical adjustment mandatory to get the  sensitivity limit is the 
calibrating of both the sound cards on each PC.
The  best is to use previously the calibrating function with a 144 MHz FM 
radio link  with a 2500 Hz calibrate tune generated by WOLF.
It is possible by this way  to adjust the FFT sampling rates so the relative 
frequencies accuracy stays  better than 1/100 Hz at the VLF laser modulation 
frequency use. (e.g. 20 to 200  Hz)
