[Laser] Looking for data on Rodan LTD type RT5-2354DTS-C2 photodiodes

I purchased a lot of 1000  Rodan LTD type RT5-2354DTS-C2 photo diodes off 
Ebay from Tech N Things which I think may be similar to the Rodan LTD type 
RT5-2394 but without the IR filter. Hopefully these will be useful for 
getting others wanting  to start experimenting with  optical 
communications. There are more available and may be a good deal for a 
group.  They came to less than 2 cents apiece including shipping so that is 
pretty hard to beat if useable.  If anyone has info on that part number, 
I'd appreciate receiving the info. Otherwise I'll just run some test when I 
receive them & post the results. I'm guessing  these are 4mm^2 area PIN 
diodes with 11 pF capacitance at 10 volts bias.
