[Laser] optical SETI scope

I thought this would be of interest to the group:
 
The planetary society recently inaugurated an optical SETI telescope.   For 
sensors it uses 16 pixelated photomultiplier tube arrays.  Each array  has 64 
PMT.
 
It is looking for light communications from other civilizations.
 
Some of the ideas that they are using for receiving communication might be  
useful to our experiments.
