What do you mean by "something"? Are you looking at a constant
frequency? Broadband noise? I assume you are using a baseband receiver.
I use this range for my DSP stuff mostly because it is relatively
clear--it's generally too high for "natural modulation" (twinkling
stars, etc), but I can imagine some phenomena that would put energy in
that band.
