Dear laser people:

As promised, the first part of my new Australian optical comms web page is 
up (rest is under construction).

Lots pictures, graphs, url's of professional engineering standard .pdf 
documents on optical comms - and something for amateur radio folk, LAN folk 
and experimenters!

The accent is on optical DX, and the main authors are Dr Mike Groth VK7MJ 
and myself. One new page of data/circuits/photos/audio grabs will be 
included about every ten days from now on, or as my time permits.

We also have a video of setting up a mod light link over 5 km filmed in 1989 
which we may put up as a series of mpeg files for those who are cable 
connected... but that's to come in future weeks.
