[Laser] more laserscatter stuff

I hunted down one problem--make sure you use a recent browser when 
downloading the laserscatter.jar file.  Netscape 7 works fine, as does 
the latest version of IE.  Netscape 4 WILL corrupt the file.  If you got 
the "fatal exception" you can try a different browser and see if that 
helps.  I'm still having trouble with the .jar file on my W98 machine, 
though it seems to behave if I compile it from source locally... hmmm.  
If you execute the file and see nothing it is probably having trouble 
opening a recording line--I'm getting a 
"javax.sound.sampled.LineUnavailableException"  If anyone has some 
experience with sound programing in Java, let me know and we can 
troubleshoot this one.

Oh, executing it with "java -jar laserscatter.jar" from the command 
prompt is often much more informative that just the standard windows 
"double-click" method.
