[Laser] filter response

Hi Andy,

I can't give a actual response in numbers. But, it's attenuates blue 
slightly and that's all it does. It would be highly useful if you were 
using a photomultiplier tube which has alot of blue response.

Since blue and violet scatter alot in the atmosphere, most of us use red or 
near IR, so any blue or violet light is QRM to us.
