[Laser] Large area photodiodes available

Good Day all,

I was poking around ebay and found some large area photodiodes with onboard 
amplifier electronics also. The gaiin/bandwidth components are external, so 
they are controlled by the user. One side of the photodiode floats, so the 
configuration is VERY VERY flexible, much more so than the Burr-Brown 
opt-301/opt-101 series.

The PD is 1 cm by 1 cm, so they are noisey and should not be used unless 
the large area of the photodiode is actually needed. They are fully spec'd,

They are freshly listed and there are no bids as of this moment.
