[Laser] Moon Retroreflectors

Hello Everyone.

Firstly, very happy new year and good luck with the lasers over the next 12 
months.

A few weeks back there was some debate about the moon retroreflectors and the 
signal levels and beamwidths of return signals.
The AMSAT reflector has been discussing transponders on the moon (more than a 
bit impractical) but came up with this great link to the Apollo 11 laser 
ranging retroreflector experiment.
