[Laser] Haze scatter

I finally got the QRSS program hooked up to my modulator--I'm using an 
18.76 Hz modulator and sending CW at about 8s/dit.  This signal is 
plenty loud for faster speeds, but it illustrates the point.  Next step 
is to upgrade to a fresnel lens in the Receiver rather than the 4" job I 
have now [:-)]   Hopefully I can be ready for some troposcatter QSOs 
this winter!
