Art - I could certainly do that, if so desired. The bare chips are
available for a few dollars apiece from DigiKey, and the programmer can
be built from junkbin parts. The programming software that accepts the
hex files is free at http://www.lancos.com/ 

Either way, I'll make the code *and* pre-programmed chips available, as
long as people are able to use the design.
