[Laser] Ramsey laser communications kit

Hi All,

Be careful with this Ramsey kit!. Glenn Allen, KE6HPZ purchased one and
assembled it. He found several errors with the documentation. One big one is
that the battery supply leads are connected backwards. The second had to do
with the supply current to the laser. I don't remember the exact details
here, but look at it carefully. The last point is that they use a standard
laser pointer, which in it self is ok, but their mounting procedures are
such that you tie down the laser to the PCB with a tie wrap. This does not
provide enough pressure to push down the pointers pushbutton. Other than
that it looks like it will work. He has not installed other optics or
filters yet.
