[Laser] ITT Laser Diodes ITT LBA 186A

    I recently obtained a small number of ITT I.R. laser diodes from eBay
which I think are intended for pulse operation only. The type number is ITT
LBA 186A

All I know is that they may have been used in laser range finders so any
information would be much appreciated.
