[Laser] OPT301M circuit

Hello group.

To 'drum up' a little activity over here in the UK,  I decided to produce a 
few laser detectors and find a few people to have QSOs with!

With the OPT210 now obsolete I've resorted to the TO-99 packaged OPT301M.

I've produced a small PCB layout which has the detector and two surface mount 
NE5534 op-amps which act as a bandpass filter and driver.

Initial tests seem to be encouraging. I should be able to try some paths over 
20km or so by the end of the month.  I'll report success or lack of it later
