[Laser] 18km real laser data link

I will like to get all parts for a 18km range real laser data link. we
generally have clean weather, no frost or smoke around. We have a hill at
one side (clearly visible from necked eye) and roof top the other side with
no bloackage in between. Is there some one who want to offer a thing?
