[Laser] Looking for distributor of small quantities of Mini-Circuits parts for Laser project

Does anyone know of a distributor for Mini-circuits parts on the web that 
is set up for small credit card orders?  I'm looking for a 70 MHz VCO 
(POS-100 or JTOS-100) to experiment   with wide band FM television via 
laser pointer. My fall back position is to use parts in hand to  either 
build a VCO or mix a 900 MHz VCO with a  970 MHz synthesizer.
