[Laser] Managing your LASER account

Some of you have realized that our new mailmain email list system works 
a little different from old majordomo!

Here is the location to do any work on your account.
Each user has his email address and a password.
If you don't know your password go to the page and type your email 
address at the bottom entry.  Then you can select to have your password 
sent to you via email.

You can also change your subscription (unsubscribe or select digests only).

The system also semi-automatically bounces messages with attachments or 
HTML, and email from those who are not subscribed. (watch out if you 
have more than 1 email, you may (I have) try sending from an 
unsubscribed account).
