Guys, if you're in need of reasonably-priced filters, (about half of what
"that-well-known-place-which-starts-with-an-'E' " sells them for) check out
Intor, Inc. (www.intor.com) I get all my narrowband filters from them. No
min order, and online credit card ordering. And they have just about every
useful wavelength in stock in 3 and 10 nm bandwidths for vis/nir lasers,
mercury and sodium vis lines, and wider bandwidth (60 nm) for infrared
LEDs, etc.
A filter to fit the large photodiodes (about 25 mm diam.) will probably run
you about $40-50, as opposed to twice that from you-know-who...
Half-inchers go for around $20-25 ea.
They also sell integrated filter/det. diode combos, custom made in your
choice of filter CWL for about $20-25 ea. in TO5 package
And nope, I don't work for them either :-) Just "puttin' it out there" for
everyone's benefit, they're a good firm with good prices.
