[Laser] looking for ideas on amplifying RS laser pointer

Jeff,

I'm In Lansing not too far away.  But I am also just getting into Laser
coms, as in subscribing to this group and absorbing everything I can is
all I've done so far.
Lansing to grosse Pointe, Hmm. What's that about 100 miles. That's be
one heck of a first contact.

Well, I don't know, because I am just getting into laser coms, and don't
know what other equipment I should get.  I would like to hook up with
someone who is close to me here in Michigan, and see equipment, but like
I said I am not sure whatI can so.
