[Laser] looking for ideas on amplifying RS laser pointer

Your RS pointer has plenty of power, you just don't see it as well as 
others wavelengths.  It probably has between 2 and 4 mW of power. Plenty 
to do 20+ miles at low data rate.  What's your application?
