[Laser] I need IR LED help

I finnaly have to ask some one in the list to help me get the 1.4um, 1.9um
and perhaps 2.2um LEDS of good intensity with IR reflector. If there is
known source then please let me know about it. I will welcome your help. I
will pay for it if it is sent by any person.
