Hello Karel
I have in stock MRD5009 photosensor logic IC with TTL output and works at
33k bps easily. It is DC sensor so will not accept modulation higher than
40KHz. No modulation is best. MRD5009 is only $5 each. %RH sensor HS1101
from Humirel is $10 ($15 Humirel price at www.humirel.com/) in single
quantity. X-ray sensor is $50 (it is large area photodiode plus CsI:Tl
crystal normally sold for $100). Motorola MPX4115A pressure sensor is $10
each. I can't ship less than $130 and you add $20 for FedEx. This averages
the FedEx charges to low. In future I will try some cheap method of
shipping. Postal things don't work here well. Any one can ask for anything
any time from any country as there is enough stock. That is the best at this
time.
Regards.
