Jumper 7 to 8 is incorrect. I just checked both HA-460 schematics and
both HA-410 schematics since there were changes in the models. Both used
the same AC and DC connections. Jumper 8 to 9 is correct. A jumper from 7
to 8 is correct only on the 12 DC cord for the negative return. If you
have a jumper between 7 and 8, which is wrong, then in order for the rig
to work, the DC polarity switch must be set in one of two positions. If
your AC plug is wired as I described, and as per the schematics, the DC
polarity switch is non-functionable, which it should be, if your running
from AC power.
