[Lafayette] Lafayette VTVM

Sometimes it was printed on the meter face. All the imported meter model
numbers started with a 99 number. Meters made in the U. S. under the
Lafayette name, started with a 38 model number. Early Lafayette meters,
late 50's through the early 60's,  had a model number that was
alphanumeric, and generally started with "TE". Meters that were sold in
kit form, or semi-kit form, had a model number that started with "KT".
Since it's a VTVM, most likely it was made in the late 50's through the
60's. Gray ones that come mind include, KT-174 (kit), TE-31 (wired
version), and KT-202.
