[KYHAM] KY Ham scholarship

Hi guys and gals

I approached many of the KY radio clubs with the idea of a continuing 
sponsorship of a scholarship for KY hams.  So far I've received a couple 
of favorable responses but it has been underwhelming to say the least.  
So here's the spiel.

The Bullitt ARS would like to begin with the assistance of any other 
interested party a perpetual scholarship for KY Hams.  A brief synopsis 
is to procure funds and disperse a portion as a scholarship and a 
portion to eventually generate a perpetual scholarship.  All the details 
are pending dependent on input from those that wish to participate.

I hope this is vague enough.  We are not soliciting donations as of yet 
but we are looking for people who are willing to commit $10, $50, $100 
or more for an extended period to generate a scholarship for a long time.

Thanks for your interest and lets make KY a scholarship state for our 
young hams.
