Marc,

I'm sad to hear of Sherrill's passing.  I've been to his home and knew the
pain he was in.  I know, too, that he was ready to go last visit I had with
him.  He will be sorely missed and was always upbeat and ready to help.
Thanks for spending time with him doing the Trader's net at his home.  This
is LOVE in ACTION!

Sherrill died gently at about 4:30 a.m. this morning.  There will be
visitation in Lexington at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home followed by a
funeral and burial in Floyd County.  I'll let you know the
arrangements as they are made.
