[KYHAM] 2 meter interferance in East KY

Hey Gang, anyone having interferance issues with your 2 meter repeater in east KY?
Something it eating the receiver alive on our 146.670 repeater here in Haard.
It is an on frequency signal from who knows what.
The interferance is not there all the time. For example last week Monday through Thursady it killed us. The poor old 67 stayed keyed up almost 24/7. Thursday night or Friday it went away all by itself. It behaved fine till this morning sometime. I have emade 4 trips to the site to attempt to find the source. I have completly gone through the radio, GE MASTR II. I can disable the Transmitter and the noise is still there on the receiver. I can even here it along with weak signal stations. 
Is there any experemental transmitters out there?
