Just wanted to touch base with you again concerning HB9. 
I have discussed this with staff and they said they will draft a
committee amendment which will be brought out when the committee chairman schedules a hearing. The amendment would address the matter that you bring up.  We do not want it to affect amateur radios. We appreciate your taking the time to represent the 1,168 operators in
N.KY as you stated, with regards to their voices of concern, questions and opinions.  Thank you again.   Paul Marcotte
