I hope this bill does pass, with the changes we have
suggested, because I am the Safety Officer of a
Greenup County Fire Department and about 2 weeks or so
ago, one of my men (while working on his day job) was
hit in the rear end by a guy trying to either talk on
his cell or trying to make a cell call.
neither driver was injured, thank God, but still the
accident was 100% preventable in my book.
