Ron Dodson, KA4MAP KY SEC phoned and relayed to me (his computer is down) to 
put out over email that the KY EOC in Frankfort is on the air on 3.993.0 LSB 
should any reports related to the severe weather outbreak need to be relayed 
directly. The callsign is KY4EOC.
