[KYHAM] KyARES Advisory: Sev Weather Risk West 2/3 of State

Be advised that the western 2/3rd's of Ky has been placed in the 
Moderate Risk and Slight Risk Category for severe weather by the Storm 
Prediction Center.  http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/day1otlk.html

Strong storms with probabilities of Tornadoes (35%), and High Winds and 
Large Hail (at 25% chance each) are likely from the late  afternoon and 
into the late evening/overnight hours.  An updated forecast will be 
coming out around 1:30 PM today.  I will pass on any needed updates at 
that time. Check with local mdeia and NOAA Wx Radio for updates as well.
