[KYHAM] Lightening Awareness Week

This week is Lightening Awareness Week at the NWSFO's that serve Ky. In
the United States, an average of 67 people are killed each year by
lightning. That's more than the annual number of people killed by
tornadoes or hurricanes!

As many of us are SkyWarn storm spotters who often find ourselves in
