[KYHAM] APRS map follow-up

After your tips and some surfing on the Internet I found The National Map
Viewer  http://nmviewogc.cr.usgs.gov/viewer.htm  which shows maps and,
important for APRS maps, the coordinates of any point on these maps. This
makes creating a *.INF file for UI-View easy.

It took me a couple of minutes to make this one:

screenshot of the UI-View window and I will go back to the Map Viewer to
tinker a bit with the map details, this map was done quickly to see if the
coordinates were any good. The APRS server incoming data is filtered with
r/38/-83/200.
