As many of you know, the Wilderness Road Amateur Radio Club in Danville
was forced to move their repeater last year because the tower we were on
was being demolished. The 146.655 repeater has been located temporarily
at the QTH of WQ4Z and KE4INO in Boyle County until yesterday. We took
advantage of the warmer temperatures to climb the new tower and install
our new antenna and hardline.

Due to the move from our old location, the repeater is being
recoordinated. Until the final decision is made on a new frequency, we
will use the old frequency to test the range and capabilities of the
repeater at this location. Our ARES net is held on Thursday evenings at
8:00PM. All interested persons are asked to attempt to check in so that
we might get a better understanding of how the new location is going to
work out.

I will post pictures and information about the new installation at our
website and will post that link on this listserve as soon as possible.
Also, please post this email to other listserves or groups you might be a
member of to help get the word out.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
