[KYHAM] FW: Another H&W Request

Conventional practice is a 72 hour moratorium on H&W.  

Though I know some nets are already taking this traffic when nothing
higher in priority is waiting.  If anyone else has queries like this and
you, like myself, do not have time to sit on a net to pass it, post it
here so someone else can help move it.  

Traffic Handlers: please post a notice here on KyHam IF you send one
like the message below out so someone else will not resend it again.
This will keep from having the same message go out 2 or more times and
take up net time.
