[KYHAM] NEW DEC Area 6!!!

I am pleased to announce that Jim Vaughan, K4TXJ is now assuming the 
post of District Emergency Coordinatror for Area 6. 
Jim has been serving for 1 and 1/2 yrs now as the EC for Jefferson County. 

I look forward to seeing the coordinative efforts with the Area 6 
counties.  Henry, Oldham Trimble and Spencer Counites still have 
openings for local EC's.  If interested, contact either Jim or myself..
