[KYHAM] EC Change for Fayette

As a good many of our KyHam list membership is in the Area 13 region, I 
wanted to pass this on here especially since we are entering storm 
season.  Perhaps I need to retuurn to the old policy of announcing ALL 
changes here also.  Feedback welcome.

Ron Ritchie, N4MOM has resigned as EC of Fayette County. Replacing him 
will be Pat Spencer, KD4PWL, well known to you all. 

I thank Ronnie for his years of faithful service and hope that with his 
workload he can still have time to join in with ARES activity and also 
to continue to "play radio" on a regular basis.
