[KYHAM] Changes to Ky Section Cabinet

There have been some changes made to the Section Cabinet for the next two years. I want to thank Marie East, KE4MZP and Bob Drake, N4VGI for their four years of work on the Section Cabinet. Marie was the Affiliated Club Coordinator (ACC) and Bob was the Northern ASM. Our new ACC will be Jeanie Dalton, KB8QLC of Lexington. Jeanie brings with her not only the coordination of two Division conventions her in the Commonwealth but a couple in West Virginia. She is Past President of the Bluegrass Amateur Radio Association and is very active in club activities. Ron Baker, KG4C will not only take on the Assistant Section Manager for Digital History but will also become the Northern ASM.
